Your body carries stories - personal or inherited - that shape the way you live, feel and behave.
My work helps you understand their meaning and reclaim a clearer, more aligned inner space.
Who is this support for?
This support is for people who feel the need to pause, to better understand themselves, and to explore what is happening within - beyond words.
-
You are going through a period of transition or questioning
-
You notice recurring patterns in your life (health, relationships, work)

-
You feel the presence of your family history in what you are experiencing
-
You carry emotional or physical tension without clearly understanding its origin (fatigue, recurring anxiety, persistent discomfort)
No prior experience is needed. Each session unfolds at your own pace, in a safe and supportive space.

My Approach
Giving language to what your body has been holding.
My approach is part of a personal development process.
It begins with observing body posture, which opens a space for dialogue and understanding.

• Observation of physical posture
• Discussion around sensations and lived experience
• Consideration of personal and family history
• Identification of recurring patterns

This approach aims to support a better understanding of oneself and of the transgenerational origins of certain recurring issues.
Why the baobab tree?
I welcome you under the baobab tree - an ancestral African symbol of community - where generations gather to talk and reflect.
